Yggdrasil has completed the migration of its development, staging and production environments onto the secure Google Cloud Platform (GCP) enabling it to significantly boost scalability, efficiency and flexibility. It is designed to be deployed, maintained, supported, and upgraded fully remotely. This will ensure that there will be no changes to any communicated GGA dates as part of the Yggdrasil games roadmap.
Our customer support team continues to handle your inquiries via the usual channels – support portal, e-mail or phone that can be fully done remotely.
In addition to the above, we have asked employees in risk groups and employees that need to take public transportation to get to work, to work from home as a precaution. We have also limited business travel to its minimum. Being a global organization, we have the infrastructure and processes in place to work fully remotely.
