Key Account Manager

Yggdrasil Gaming is expanding its Commercial Team with a number of new Key Account Manager roles based in Malta. The Key Account Manager is responsible for the commercial and contractual management of a portfolio of Casino customers primarily focused on European regulated markets such as Malta, Gibraltar, UK, Spain, Italy, Sweden for example.

Working with existing customers, the role will focus on building relationships with these customers maximizing the distribution of Yggdrasil casino content and growing revenues. The ideal candidate is someone that enjoys working with customers, is result driven and has great commercial acumen with experience in a similar role before.

Key skills

  • Minimum of two years’ experience developing commercial relationships in a B2B sales or account management position
  • Must be a self-driven and motivated individual with highly developed social and communication skills
  • Be able to convey the Yggdrasil message in a professional manner
  • Strong drive for achieving and exceeding targets
  • Must be fluent in English, spoken and written, additional languages an advantage

Nice to have

  • Language skills in Swedish
  • Ability to understand and manage commercial agreements, with contract drafting, and negotiation experience an advantage
  • Demonstrate a high level of commercial and business acumen
  • Experience in online gambling with a good knowledge of both product and marketing operations in both .com and regulated markets


  • Responsible for managing the day to day relationship with customers as well as revenues across a portfolio of products including slots and table games
  • Searching out and identifying opportunities for revenue growth by for example, geographic expansion into newly regulated markets as well as by new product upsell
  • Ensure customer game launch, marketing and promotional optimization across brands
  • Establish and maintain strong long-term relationships with key decision makers at required levels across customer’s organization
  • Work with customers to gain insight in product performance and complete regular client review meetings
  • Monitor, analyze and report performance on a monthly and quarterly basis to Head of Accounts and other key stakeholders within the business
  • Organize, attend and represent the company at events and exhibitions tailored to iGaming Operators
  • Contribute to Yggdrasil’s strategic and financial planning from a customer perspective, representing the customers interests internally
